Registered Sex Offenders

N.C.G.S. 14-208.18(a)(3) makes it unlawful for anyone on the sex offender list to knowingly be at any place where minors gather for regularly scheduled educational, recreational, or social programs. Registered sex offenders who need further guidance are encouraged to seek information from Rutherford County’s Sheriff’s Office.
