Each student is responsible for observing the procedures, regulations, and requirements of the College as they are announced here and in other official college publications. Information, policies, and procedures may vary by program. Information regarding specific programs is available in departmental areas. 

The contents of this handbook represent the most current information available at the time of publication. However, during the period of time covered by this handbook, it is reasonable to expect that changes will be made regarding this information without prior notice. The policies, procedures, and practices of Isothermal Community College are under continual examination and revision. Thus, the provisions of this handbook are not to be regarded as an irrevocable contract between the College and the student.
